After hearing Crossings from newly formed Johnny the Boy, I really want to hear their upcoming debut full-length You because this shit is incredible. Gloomy Blackened Sludge that’s dark and nasty. You will be out on June 9th via Season of Mist. Johnny the Boy are vocalist Belinda Kordic, guitarist Justin Greaves (both members of Crippled Black Phoenix) and bassist Matt Crawford (CBP alumnus and live bassist).

Arimea from the UK have dropped a new single and what I find cool about it is that the single also has a B side. For the ones that are raised completely digital, that means there is a second song that used to be on the other side of the vinyl disc, the so called B side. On side A there was the actual single. But enough about history, Arimea is a cool Alternative Metal band and Nostalgia is a beast of a song.

I really love the doomy vibe that Witchmother has, the latest single from Belfast based Punk Rockers A.N.J.A. What more can be said, just listen to it and you will love it as well.

Deep End Dark is the fourth single from Sick N’ Beautiful‘s album Starstruck that was released in the summer of 2022. With extreme visuals, make up and costumes, the band presents themselves as intergalactic nomads that crashed in Italy. Would be cool to see them live one day, I think it will be quite a show. For now, enjoy the video.

Just a couple of days ago, Beyond Frequencies dropped their new album, «Me Megalomaniac». Burning Bridges is the first single taken from it, and it rocks. The band combines Metal elements with catchy Pop elements, which gives Beyond Frequencies an interesting sound.

This was unexpected, Diva Satanica was for two years the vocalist for Thrash Metal band Nervosa and has her own Death Metal band Bloodhunter, so it’s not someone who you see in your mind in a band with catchy clean hook lines but okay, it sounds cool. The whole song is catchy as hell and Diva still has her unique growls which spice up the song. How We End is new, and My Fighting Heart is their first single. The band is still in the writing process for an album and two more singles shall be released before the album hits the market.
